  • 1 egg white
  • 1 T water
  • 2 cups nuts ( any variety)
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced
  1. Preheat oven to 300° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg white with water
  3. Pour the nuts into the egg white mixture and toss to coat
  4. Add the brown sugar and rosemary and toss again to make sure the nuts are coated evenly
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely
  7. Store in an airtight container
